    Check-in process disorganized!!! Screws and nails jutting out on the floor poles need addressing!!! Cluttered baggage management area should be streamlined!!! Valet men's body odor is unacceptable for a luxury hotel!!!

    Had a blast at Four Points! Our room had amazing pool views, and the kids loved the water slides. Check-in was smooth, and they surprised us with balloons for my daughter's birthday. Just wish the drinks at the pool were better, but overall, a great family stay!
